Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural programs to improve farm productivity and sustainability
- Coordinate and oversee all farm operations, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting
- Manage a team of farm workers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties
- Monitor and analyze farm data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with agricultural experts and researchers to stay updated on the latest farming techniques and technologies
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards for agricultural practices
- Develop and manage budgets for farm operations and ensure financial targets are met
- Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and sales of farm products
- Conduct regular inspections of farm facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in farm management or agricultural program development
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation systems, pest control, and farm equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with local agricultural regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
