We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Technician to join our team in Dubai. The Farm Technician will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operation of our manufacturing farm, ensuring that all crops are grown and harvested efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops on the farm
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration of crops
- Conduct regular soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and make necessary adjustments
- Implement pest and weed control measures to protect crops
- Operate farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and harvesters, safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of crop production, including yields and quality
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of farm buildings and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the farm

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working on a farm or in a related field
- Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
