We are seeking a dynamic and creative Fashion Assistant to join our team based in Dubai. The Fashion Assistant will work within the Real Estate industry, assisting with styling and coordinating fashion shoots for our properties and developments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fashion Stylist in planning and executing fashion shoots for Real Estate properties
- Coordinate with photographers, models, hair and makeup artists, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of shoots
- Source and pull clothing and accessories for shoots, keeping in mind the target demographic and brand aesthetic
- Assist with on-set styling and adjustments to ensure garments are presented in the best possible way
- Maintain organization of the wardrobe and inventory of clothing and accessories
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and collaborate with the team to ensure our shoots are on-trend and appealing to our target audience
- Assist with post-production tasks such as editing and selecting final images for use in marketing materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
- [X] years of experience in fashion styling or assisting in a similar role
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry is a plus
