We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods marketing and a proven track record of executing successful field marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales in the consumer goods market
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials and promotions
- Manage a team of field marketing representatives to ensure goals are met and campaigns are executed effectively
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Track and report on the success of field marketing campaigns, providing insights for future initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
