Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on enhancing productivity, ensuring quality service delivery, and optimizing field operations across multiple projects in Dubai and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee day-to-day field operations for real estate projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company standards and objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field staff and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, and budget management.

- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational effectiveness.

- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on field operations, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.

- Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and develop strategic solutions to enhance field operations and project outcomes.

- Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for field staff on company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate operations, project management, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
