We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Field Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all field operations activities related to our consumer goods products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field operations strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of consumer goods products to customers.
- Manage a team of field operations staff, including field supervisors and field representatives, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of field operations activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination of field operations activities.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that consumer goods products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise in the field operations process, working quickly to find solutions and prevent future issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, distributors, and customers, to support field operations activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of implementing successful field operations strategies and driving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in field operations management.
