We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Program Manager to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and program management, with a focus on field operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all field operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field operations and improve overall performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of field operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to evaluate the quality of services and adherence to standards
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance field operations
- Prepare and present reports and updates on field operations to stakeholders and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on field operations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing programs and projects, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
