We are seeking a talented and experienced Film Editor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Film Editor will be responsible for editing educational videos and films to enhance the overall quality and impact of the content produced by our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage to create high-quality educational videos and films
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision
- Ensure all edited videos and films adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and educational standards
- Use industry-standard editing software to add visual elements, sound effects, and music to enhance the storytelling
- Continuously improve editing techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Manage and organize project files and assets efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- [Number] years of experience as a Film Editor
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and film grammar
