We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Film Producer Assistant based in Dubai. As a Film Producer Assistant in the telecommunications industry, you will play a critical role in supporting the production team in creating high-quality films to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Film Producer in all aspects of film production, from pre-production to post-production
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, shoots, and other production activities
- Liaise with external vendors, crew members, and talent to ensure smooth production processes
- Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, answering calls, and responding to emails
- Manage logistics for film shoots, including securing permits, locations, and equipment
- Support the creative team in brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, and creating storyboards
- Coordinate post-production activities such as editing, sound design, and color correction
- Assist in marketing and promoting films through various channels, including social media and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in film production or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and film production software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
