We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
- Provide financial analysis and strategic support to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
