We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analysis Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Develop financial models and reports to analyze business performance and trends
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Manage a team of financial analysts and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
