We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including financial planning and investment decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
