We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Financial Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and drive business decisions
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations on investment opportunities and capital expenditures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
