We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and accounting, with experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
- Manage the consolidation of financial data from various entities within the organization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
- Lead and develop a team of financial analysts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
- [Random number] or more years of experience in financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
