We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of financial analysts in conducting in-depth financial analysis of the energy market, including trends, competitors, and potential investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making and drive business performance
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
- Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact the business
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA certification preferred
- [X] years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning in the energy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
