We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with proven experience in managing financial processes within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the finance function.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
