We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of managing financial operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
