We are seeking a qualified and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Job Summary:
As a Flight Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced medical care and support during air transport missions. You will work closely with pilots and other medical personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during flights. This role requires a high level of expertise, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced life support and emergency medical care to patients during air transport.
- Assess patients' medical conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with flight crew and ground medical teams to ensure smooth patient transfers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient transported.
- Prepare and operate medical equipment and supplies required for air transport.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in emergency medicine and aviation protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field.
- Valid Paramedic license/certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paramedic in pre-hospital or emergency care settings.
- Previous experience in air medical transport or critical care transport is highly desirable.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, procedures, and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
