We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Floor Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation and logistics, with a strong understanding of floor operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all floor operations, including loading and unloading of goods, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize floor operations efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of operations
- Manage a team of floor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices to enhance operational processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in floor operations management in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
