We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubai within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth running of all educational programs and activities
- Manage a team of floor staff, including trainers, coordinators, and support staff, providing leadership and guidance as needed
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of floor operations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of floor staff, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and resources
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise, resolving them in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean floor environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for operational improvements
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
