Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our food and beverage operations within our real estate developments in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple food and beverage outlets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring all outlets adhere to health regulations and standards.

2. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for food and beverage operations, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize pricing, and reduce costs without compromising quality.

3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4. Menu Development and Quality Control:
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to design innovative and seasonal menus that meet the needs and preferences of our clientele.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages across all outlets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing.

5. Customer Experience:
- Enhance the guest experience by implementing exceptional service standards and addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty and brand reputation.

6. Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with the real estate development team to ensure that food and beverage concepts align with the overall vision and branding of the properties.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new food and beverage projects, including feasibility studies and site evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sector.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff and customers alike.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and health standards.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and food and beverage management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
