Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our food service operations within the financial services sector. This role is essential in ensuring that our food programs align with our organizational goals, provide exceptional service to our clients and employees, and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, operations, and program development, combined with a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive food service programs that meet the needs of our employees and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure programs are aligned with company objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve food service offerings based on feedback and industry trends.

- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily food operations, ensuring smooth execution of food service activities, including meal preparation, catering, and event services.
- Monitor food service quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food service operations.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for food service operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in food safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate team performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Supplier and Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and service agreements.

- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with employees and clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction with food service offerings.
- Implement initiatives based on feedback to improve service quality and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management or operations, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality control measures.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and food service management software.
