We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Food Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing food safety protocols and procedures within our construction site canteen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety management systems in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide training to staff on proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any food safety incidents or complaints.
- Monitor and update HACCP plans as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in food safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in food safety management in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and international standards.
- HACCP certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
