Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, while also maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for current employees
- Maintain a clean and organized food and beverage service area, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
