We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fraud Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity within our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential fraud risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and investigate potential fraudulent activity
- Analyze data and trends to identify patterns of fraudulent behavior
- Work closely with internal teams to implement fraud prevention strategies
- Develop and maintain fraud detection tools and systems
- Provide regular reports and updates on fraud prevention measures
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in fraud analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of fraud detection tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
