Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to capture compelling images that tell a story and highlight the critical aspects of healthcare services, facilities, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Photography Assignments: Conduct photography sessions in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health events, to capture high-quality images for marketing, educational, and promotional materials.

- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare staff to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring that the images produced align with the organization’s vision and messaging.

- Photo Editing and Retouching: Utilize photo editing software to enhance images, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Deliver edited photos in a timely manner.

- Portfolio Development: Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of healthcare-related photography, showcasing a variety of subjects, including patient care, medical procedures, healthcare facilities, and staff interactions.

- Creative Input: Provide creative ideas and concepts for photography projects, contributing to the overall visual strategy of the healthcare organization.

- Adherence to Ethical Standards: Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards when photographing patients and healthcare settings, ensuring patient privacy and consent are prioritized.

- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their photography needs and provide updates on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in both photography and the healthcare sector to ensure that the work produced is contemporary and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a photographer, with a focus on healthcare or related fields preferred. A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of professional photography experience.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in photography, particularly in healthcare settings, including portraits, events, and candid moments.

- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and an understanding of the unique challenges and sensitivities involved in photographing medical environments.

- A valid UAE residency visa and the ability to travel within the UAE for assignments.
