We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide general information to visitors and employees
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
