We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the telecommunications industry. As the Fundraising Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising operations, including developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets and organizational goals
- Manage and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure financial support for fundraising initiatives
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring their success and impact
- Monitor and analyze fundraising performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising activities
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in fundraising to drive innovation and growth in fundraising operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing fundraising operations and achieving revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and partners
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software
