We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Gemologist Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As a Gemologist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Gemologists to assess and evaluate gemstones for quality, authenticity, and value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Gemologists in inspecting, grading, and identifying gemstones using various tools and techniques
- Conduct research on gemstone characteristics, market trends, and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of gemstone inventory and transactions
- Assist in preparing gemstones for sale, including cleaning, cutting, and setting
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to provide information and recommendations on gemstone selection and purchases
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in gemstone exhibitions, trade shows, and events as needed
- Adhere to industry standards and ethical practices in gemstone evaluation and trading

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Gemology, Geology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in gemstone evaluation and identification
- Strong knowledge of gemstone characteristics, grading systems, and market values
- Proficiency in using gemological tools such as microscopes, refractometers, and spectrometers
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical standards
