We are seeking a motivated and organized General Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The General Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and filing documents
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
