Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Golf Course Designer to join our innovative team in Dubai, specializing in the integration of golf course design within healthcare environments. This unique position will involve the conceptualization and execution of golf courses that not only provide recreational opportunities but also promote health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, environmental design, and project management, coupled with a passion for golf and an understanding of its benefits to physical and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create innovative golf course designs that enhance patient and community wellness. Incorporate sustainable practices and environmentally friendly materials into all design aspects.

- Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate terrain, soil conditions, and environmental impact. Collaborate with environmental consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, landscape architects, and urban planners to ensure that the golf course aligns with healthcare objectives and community needs.

- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from inception through to construction, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and landscape teams during the implementation phase.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts to stakeholders, including healthcare executives and community groups. Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the overall project.

- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and reports. Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and visually appealing representations of the golf course.

- Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the design and construction phases.

- Research and Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in golf course design, healthcare landscaping, and wellness initiatives. Apply this knowledge to enhance design strategies and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course design or landscape architecture.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and sustainable practices in landscape design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
