We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Golf Course Superintendent in the overall maintenance and management of the golf course to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities on the golf course
- Supervise and train maintenance staff in proper golf course maintenance techniques
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course
- Assist in the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the course to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Help develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for the golf course
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in course maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of turf grass management practices and techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience operating and maintaining golf course maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance techniques
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
