We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government relations, regulatory compliance, and operations management within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies in Dubai and the UAE
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies related to the telecommunications industry
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the government affairs department
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government officials
- Provide strategic guidance and support on government-related matters to senior management
- Stay informed about changes in government policies and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between government affairs and business objectives
- Manage a team of government affairs specialists and support staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or operations management in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures in Dubai and the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies
- Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
