We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graphic Production Artist Assistant to join our Real Estate marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Graphic Production Artist in creating and producing high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Prepare and edit artwork for print and digital production, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects and assets.
- Support the Graphic Production Artist in managing production schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
