We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Group Fitness Instructor Assistant in the construction industry, you will be responsible for assisting the lead instructor in conducting group fitness classes for employees on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead instructor in planning and executing group fitness classes tailored to the needs of construction workers
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques to participants, ensuring proper form and safety at all times
- Provide motivation and encouragement to participants during workouts
- Assist in setting up and organizing equipment for classes
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback as needed
- Help promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during classes
- Assist in tracking attendance and maintaining class records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fitness training

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or assistant is preferred
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of exercise techniques and proper form
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
