We are currently seeking a Group Fitness Instructor Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Group Fitness Instructor Assistant will work closely with the Group Fitness Instructor to assist in leading group fitness classes for employees in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Fitness Instructor in leading group fitness classes, including warm-up, cool-down, and main workout sessions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes
- Provide modifications and adjustments to exercises as needed for participants with varying fitness levels or injuries
- Help set up and clean up equipment before and after classes
- Assist in tracking attendance and participant progress
- Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in group fitness instruction or personal training
- Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Knowledge of exercise physiology and proper exercise techniques
- Flexibility in scheduling, as classes may be held at various times throughout the week
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
