Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Guidance Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi in the telecommunications industry. The Guidance Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees within the organization, helping them navigate through personal and professional challenges, and ensuring their overall well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to employees on a one-on-one basis
- Conduct assessments to identify employees' needs and develop personalized action plans
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and career development
- Collaborate with HR and management to address concerns and implement strategies for employee development and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Certified or licensed counselor preferred
