Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, focusing on integrating gymnastics training within our real estate community initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gymnastics and have a keen interest in promoting physical fitness through engaging programs in a vibrant community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Coaching Activities:
- Assist the head gymnastics coach in planning and implementing training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
- Help in demonstrating gymnastics techniques, drills, and routines while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

2. Participant Engagement:
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for gymnasts, encouraging their development and performance.
- Provide individual feedback to gymnasts on their progress and areas for improvement.

3. Safety and Equipment Management:
- Ensure all gymnastics equipment is maintained in good condition and is set up correctly before and after each session.
- Monitor the gym environment to uphold safety standards and prevent injuries.

4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with the registration process for gymnastics classes and events, including managing participant records and scheduling.
- Help organize gymnastics events, competitions, and showcases, including logistics and participant coordination.

5. Community Engagement:
- Promote gymnastics programs within the real estate community, including outreach to residents and potential participants.
- Participate in community events to raise awareness about gymnastics and encourage participation.

6. Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, safety standards, and gymnastics trends through continuous education and training.
- Attend workshops and seminars as directed by the head coach to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coaching or assistant coaching role within gymnastics or related sports.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with gymnasts, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
