Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage the HR operations function within our dynamic Consumer Goods organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role will involve overseeing various HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and improve HR metrics to ensure effective performance of HR operations and services.

2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues, including coaching and feedback.
- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure that employee benefits programs are effectively communicated and administered.

6. HR Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and operational effectiveness.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in local labor laws to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
