Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the aerospace and defense sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, with a focus on providing innovative solutions tailored to the unique demands of our clients in this highly regulated and specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the aerospace and defense markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within aerospace and defense organizations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their HVAC needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of HVAC products, technologies, and solutions relevant to the aerospace and defense sector, including compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and specifications to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our HVAC solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals and client needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients post-sale, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the efficiency of their HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and applications in specialized environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, particularly in aerospace and defense.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
