Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality HVAC services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of HVAC service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement service schedules to ensure timely completion of all service calls
- Monitor service technician performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present reports on department performance to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive and efficient

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HVAC software programs
