Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Hair Stylist Apprentice to join our innovative team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced hair stylists in providing a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about hair techniques, product usage, and the latest trends in hair styling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including tools, equipment, and workstations, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on new hair care products and technologies, utilizing digital resources and applications to enhance service delivery.
- Help with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, inventory management, and customer follow-ups using salon management software.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology program is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary, but a passion for hair styling and beauty is essential.
- Familiarity with basic hair care products and tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of information technology applications and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the hair styling profession, with a willingness to accept feedback and improve.
