We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hand Therapy Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in construction-related injuries. The Hand Therapy Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions, with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity injuries to determine the most effective treatment plan
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current on the latest advances in hand therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hand therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology related to hand and upper extremity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
