We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hazardous Waste Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Hazardous Waste Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hazardous waste management within our financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hazardous waste management guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify and classify hazardous waste generated by various operations.
- Manage relationships with hazardous waste disposal vendors and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with legal requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on proper hazardous waste handling procedures.
- Monitor and analyze hazardous waste data to identify trends and opportunities for waste reduction and cost savings.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations and guidelines related to hazardous waste management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
