We are seeking a Health Coach Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as experience in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Health Coach in providing personalized health and wellness plans for employees
- Assist in conducting health assessments and creating individualized action plans
- Coordinate and schedule health coaching sessions with employees
- Monitor and track progress of employees towards their health and wellness goals
- Provide guidance and support to employees in making healthy lifestyle choices
- Assist in organizing and facilitating health and wellness workshops and events
- Collaborate with other departments to promote health and wellness initiatives within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. health promotion, nutrition, exercise science)
- Certification in health coaching is a plus
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices
- Prior experience in a similar role for at least 2-4 years is preferred
