Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Health Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare metrics, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights. As a Health Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives, ensuring that our data management practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze health-related data from various sources, including clinical trials, electronic health records (EHR), and patient registries.
- Develop and maintain databases to track key health metrics and performance indicators.
- Utilize statistical tools and software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, or SQL) to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical researchers, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to identify data needs and provide analytical support.
- Create and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pharmaceutical products and interventions through data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions and compliance audits.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in health data analytics and the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in health data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, clinical trial methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling health data.
