We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Health Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health department within our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the health department
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product selection and pricing
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and promote cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Knowledge of health and wellness products and industry trends
