Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our healthcare services within the consumer goods sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving patient care. This role involves coordinating healthcare services, managing healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to align healthcare services with consumer goods offerings.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management, to ensure the financial sustainability of healthcare services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Analyze healthcare metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that all patient records are maintained accurately and confidentially, in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to healthcare standards and policies.
- Provide reports and presentations to senior management on healthcare performance, initiatives, and compliance issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and practices in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
