### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our innovative healthcare technology team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions aimed at improving patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making in the healthcare sector.

### Key Responsibilities:

- AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and models tailored for healthcare applications, including but not limited to medical imaging, predictive analytics, and personalized medicine.

- Data Management: Collaborate with data engineers and healthcare professionals to gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Model Evaluation and Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness in clinical settings. Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.

- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and healthcare technology. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI applications in healthcare and contribute to the organization's thought leadership in this space.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, clinicians, and healthcare administrators, to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation of AI models, methodologies, and processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clinical staff and management.

### Required Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on healthcare applications. Proven experience in developing AI solutions that have been successfully implemented in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, and regulations, including HIPAA and data privacy standards.

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in developing AI solutions specifically for medical imaging, clinical decision support systems, or electronic health records (EHR).
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance related to AI in healthcare, such as FDA guidelines.
