We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation and efficiency within our financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms to optimize business processes, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities where AI technologies can be applied to drive value and business growth.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
